as many as twenty five (25) years in the development of Software Systems, Computer
Networks and Network Security. We have a very qualified staff with qualifications up to the
MSc level, and IT development and teaching experience of up to twenty (20) years.

almost a decade in Network Engineering and Cyber Security. He possesses skills in: Routing,
Switching, Firewalls, Windows , Linux , Information Systems, Virtualized Environments, Cloud infrastructure, Python, Java, C++, Penetration Testing(Network and Web Applications), Bug Hunting(Relevant to Critical Infrastructure), Analysis of attack vectors and Payload delivery
methods.

Keithley Meade has been actively programming for over 20 years and has produced

found at Meteorological Offices in: Antigua, Dominica, Anguilla and Montserrat.

Keithley Meade has been a Lecturer at the Antigua and Barbuda International Institute of
Technology ( ABIIT) since 2002, and also lectured University of the West Indies(UWI)
courses over the years.
